Hi everyone! June has finally come to its end, even though I certainly feel like summer has just begun. I’m lucky enough that my one of my summer jobs has opened back up, so I’ve been busier the past week than I have been in months, but it’s also so nice to have something to do and a way to make some money. Anyway, June wasn’t a great reading month for me, but again, now that I’m at work more regularly, I actually have more incentive to read because it’s one of the only things that I can do easily in my downtime. But let’s get to this wrap-up!Read More »
Hello all! Once again, we’re at the beginning of another month, and we keep marching through 2018. But October means fall and Halloween and sweater weather, so I’m down for this. I can’t wait for the leaves to start changing and for it to finally get chilly and stay chilly (Ohio weather is bizarre since it was perfect fall weather just last week but now it’s 75 again.) Anyways, let’s get into what September was like for me, and what I hope October will be like!
Ah, yes. We’ve come to a close of yet another month. This one was actually okay with me, because my birthday is the last day of August (aka yesterday if you’re reading this the day of posting), so I’m always excited for the end of this month. It also means I am FINALLY back at school with all of my wonderful friends and teammates, who I’ve missed dearly all summer. Before I get too sappy, let’s get on with the reading stuff.
Every time I write one of these, I’m shocked that the month is ending. Will that ever stop guys? I’m sick of feeling like the month passed on, like, 10 days. Anyway, July was actually an okay month for me. It was very (VERY) busy, but in the best way. I feel like I’m a little behind on pretty much everything (reading, posting, reading everyone else’s posts), and I’m really hoping to change that in August, especially early in the month since I won’t have quite as much to do until I have to start packing and leaving for school (how is it already that time again?!) But let’s get into the good stuff, shall we?
I can’t believe yet another month is over. I’ll probably say that every time the month ends, so sorry if it gets a bit repetitive in these posts. The end of June means that the year is half over, which is absolutely ridiculous. I swear yesterday was March (where does all the time go??) Here’s my monthly update and plan for July! June is always a chaotic month for me, and July usually isn’t any better, so hopefully my reading stays about the same.
Can you believe May is over? I am shocked, honestly. Wasn’t it February, like, yesterday? This year is moving along so fast for me, and I don’t know how to feel about it. Anyway, I wanted to give a quick update on what this month was like for me, and what I hope June holds!
Hello all! I’m sorry I missed my post at the end of last week – I was out of town for my sister’s graduation and was so busy that I forgot to schedule a post. Whoops. But I’m back now with my first tag on my blog!
The wonderful Gerry at The Book Nook UK tagged me to do the “My Name in TBR Books” tag. Go check out her post and her wonderful reviews! Since I just posted a TBR for May, I’m going to use books on my TBR that I haven’t already talked about, which should be easy because my TBR is a very extensive list.
Hello all! Happy May and happy Star Wars Day! I know I’m a few days late (also I missed a post that was scheduled for Monday…oops), but I’ve been super busy. My semester is coming to an end, so this has been put off to the side because school is important. HOWEVER, this means that I’m almost done with school and will have all the time in the world to read! Last year, I think I got through somewhere around 15 books in May. It’s the perfect time for me to just power through stuff that I’ve been meaning to read because I’m done with school and it’s before my summer job starts, so I have all the time in the world. It was really wonderful last year, and I’m really looking forward to doing that again.
